Lexington Heritage, located in a quaint corner of bustling Greenfield, opened its doors to residents in February 2000. Since then, the inviting 20-unit property has been home to Assisted Living residents who enjoy a small, close-knit community, paired with homelike amenities and unparalleled care. Our studio, one- and two-bedroom units come complete with a kitchenette, private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious storage areas.

Today, we’re celebrating National Senior Citizens Day and the incredible people who make our Heritage communities feel like home. ✨

Our residents have lived through decades of change, built families and careers, shared countless stories, and continue to teach us something new every day.

We’re grateful for the laughter, wisdom, friendships, and memories they share with us. Today — and every day — we’re proud to celebrate the amazing seniors we have the privilege of knowing.

Our Art Gallery Fundraiser was more than an opportunity to admire beautiful artwork—it was a chance to celebrate the creativity of our residents while supporting a cause that is close to so many of our hearts. Every piece on display told a story, and seeing residents, families, friends, and team members gathered together made the evening even more meaningful.🫶🏼

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and helped make this event such a success. Your generosity and support will help the Alzheimer’s Association continue its important work, and we’re proud to be part of that mission.

Our residents had a blast creating their own tie-dye masterpieces! From bright swirls to bold patterns, each shirt was as unique as the person who made it. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, creativity, and colorful memories.
