You may recently hear about our newly established business, Vitality Direct Primary Care — our membership-based medical practice that provides direct, relationship-centered healthcare and mental health counseling. While Vitality Direct Primary Care delivers the care, Vitality Health Collaborative works to make that care (and other local medical and mental health services) financially accessible.

Two separate organizations. One shared mission: expanding access to compassionate, high-quality care.

We’re grateful to begin this journey and look forward to serving our community!
