Hey mom, I keep forgetting to tell you… Your supplements are here! 🤣

Why do I want my mom taking Vitamin D3 + K? Why do I take it? And why should you probably ask your provider about it too?

Brain health.
Strong bones.
Immune support.
Lower inflammation.
Better mood.
Muscle function.
Longevity.

Now here is why I like D3 with K. Vitamin D helps you absorb calcium. Vitamin K helps put calcium where it belongs.
Bones: yes.
Arteries: no thank you.

That matters if you care about longevity. Because living longer is not the goal.

Hello new internet friend, let’s talk…Two things.

1. 100% agree with you. The people involved in the RECREATIONAL overdose death of Matthew Perry should absolutely suffer consequences of their actions.

2. Do you drink alcohol? Or know someone who does? Or troll alcohol ads also? Because alcohol use disorder (aka alcohol abuse) affects roughly 10% of Americans age 12 and older, while past-year ketamine use among U.S. adults was estimated around 0.28% in 2022.

And alcohol also contributes to about 178,000 deaths per year in the U.S. meanwhile, CDC data found ketamine was detected in less than 1% of overdose deaths from July 2019 to June 2023, and was the only drug involved in 24 deaths.

Hmm…. Maybe the problem is not “ketamine bad.” The problem is reckless, unsupervised misuse. And no one supports that.

We do physician-led, medically monitored IV ketamine therapy for people who are suffering and have not gotten better with traditional options.

Big difference. This weekend, I’m excited to start digging into the newest IV ketamine guidelines for depression from ASKP3.

Is it depression or are you just not breathing at night??

Every time you stop breathing at night, your brain launches a stress response.

Cortisol spikes -> Adrenaline fires -> You micro-wake

When this happens dozens.. sometimes hundreds of times per night it’s not just bad sleep but chronically elevated cortisol, full body inflammation, and a brain that never gets the healing it needs.

And that means you feel:
fatigue, depression, brain fog, low motivation, irritability, anxiety, memory problems.

I was this many years old when I realized I could hack my IG algorithm.

Because Instagram is not showing you what is best for you. It is showing you what you keep rewarding.

Your feed is a mirror of what your brain keeps clicking on.

So if you are working on your brain health, start acting like your attention is expensive.
Because it is.

Unfollow the junk.
Skip the outrage.
Stop feeding the insecurity machine.

Search for the good.
Save the good.
Share the good.
Teach the algorithm who you are becoming.
Scroll with purpose.

Because your feed is either training your brain for peace...or programming it for panic.

And give it a little nudge in the right direction by resetting it.
