We are excited to be a part of such a wonderful event in our community. We hope to see everyone out Friday night. Stop by our booth to say hello, meet some of our clinicians, and learn more about our services!

Highlight Mental Health Week will wrap up Friday, September 11, with our annual tailgate and resource fair at Greenwood High School!

Come early for the football game and visit our community partners and Highlight Mental Health sponsors beginning at 6 p.m.

This year we're making it even more fun. Guests will receive a punch card encouraging them to visit each booth. Complete your stops and redeem your card for a free item at the concession stand!

There will be giveaways, resources and plenty of highlighter yellow throughout the evening, all while bringing our community together around mental health and wellness.

Stick around for the 7:00 p.m. coin toss, when our Platinum Sponsor, Everwise Credit Union, will join us as the evening's honorary captain!

We are proud to be a sponsor of such a fantastic event. Thank you Greenwood Education Foundation for all your hard work to put this on each year

Highlight Mental Health is back for Year 4!

September 8–11, Greenwood Education Foundation will once again partner with Greenwood High School to put mental health and wellness at the forefront of conversations with our students.

Throughout the week, students will see activities, resources and reminders that it is okay to talk about mental health, ask for help and support one another.

We have watched this initiative grow each year, and this year more student groups, teams and staff are getting involved than ever before. We can't wait to see GHS covered in highlighter yellow!

A huge thank you to our sponsors who make this week—and the free therapy services funded through it—possible.

The way we speak to ourselves can shape the way we see ourselves, handle challenges, and move through difficult moments. Sometimes, a simple reminder like “I am doing the best I can,” “I can handle hard things,” or “I am worthy of compassion” can help shift our mindset when we’re struggling.

Affirmations aren’t about pretending everything is okay—they’re about giving yourself a more supportive voice to lean on when things feel hard. 🤍

If you’re struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, stress, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to work through it alone. Give our office a call today to learn more about how counseling can help you move forward.
