In the chaos, just color. Get you some crayons 🖍️ and your favorite coloring book and just color. It’s great for the nervous system and it’s very healing. Brady and I are gonna avoid all responsibilities today and we are gonna just color together. A day of coloring and cartoons is just the medicine we need.

A lot of people think feeling worse during a detox automatically means it’s “working,” but that isn’t always true.

Sometimes symptoms get worse because the body is releasing more than it can properly eliminate.

If your bowels are not moving regularly, your lymphatic system is stagnant, you’re dehydrated, depleted in minerals, undernourished, or your nervous system is already stuck in survival mode, an aggressive detox can place even more stress on the body.

This can show up as:
✨ headaches
✨ bloating
✨ nausea
✨ extreme fatigue
✨ brain fog
✨ skin breakouts
✨ irritability
✨ anxiety or feeling overwhelmed

Detox should not be about forcing the body or making yourself miserable.

Before pushing deeper detox, support the foundations first:

💜 Support regular bowel movements
💜 Eat nourishing whole foods
💜 Move your body gently
