This month, and every month, I want to celebrate the strength, resilience, joy, and authenticity of the LGBTQIA+ community.

As a social worker and mental health professional, I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are—without judgment, without having to explain themselves, and without having to make themselves smaller to be accepted. Your identity is not something to fix. Your story matters. Your experiences matter. You matter.🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈

Pride is about more than celebration. It's about visibility, community, courage, and the ongoing work of creating a world where everyone can live openly and safely as themselves.✨️🫶
