Shay has a longstanding relationship with art and creativity. She has a background in the Fine Arts and had a career in the creative space of the beauty industry for 20+ years. After a successful career, she dove fully into becoming a professional in the healing spaces of creative expression. She believes that healing trauma is a sacred journey and became an art therapist to contribute to that practice. She has a great respect for nature and love of eco-arts, and gardening. She also enjoys playing and composing music in addition to visual arts practices.
