Recurring lower back pain is common—but that doesn’t mean it should become your new normal.

If your lower back pain keeps coming back, it may be time to look beyond simply treating the symptoms.

A thorough evaluation can help identify contributing factors such as movement patterns, joint function, workload, and lifestyle.

At Optimize Chiropractic, we use the Gonstead system of analysis to carefully evaluate the foundation of your lower back and identify areas of the spine that may be vulnerable to stress.

Don’t just keep chasing the pain.
Find out what may be contributing to it.

Your health starts with a strong foundation. 🏡
