Should you brush before your morning coffee? ☕🪥

Coffee is acidic, which can temporarily soften enamel, so brushing immediately after your first cup isn’t ideal.

Try this instead:
💧 Brush → Enjoy your coffee → Rinse with water
OR
⏰ Coffee first → Wait at least 30 minutes → Brush

No need to give up your morning coffee. Just give your enamel a little time!
