Thank you for your patience as we are slowly getting back on our feet. We decided to close our shop this past week in order to help direct family and friends that was impacted by the hurricane. I hope that you all well and ready to meet again on the mat.

— We are running a modified schedule as we are in time of uncertainty. Please sign up online to class as we may need to cancel last minute. If you do sign up, you get direct update sent to your phone if class needs to be canceled. If you don’t sign up, you won’t receive notification and we would dislike having you come to a close door. We are trying our best to be consistent and communicative.

We are so blessed with a helping community, if you do need help or know someone that need help, please reach out to us. We have an amazing network of helping hands that are ready to be there for whatever is needed!

As this being said, I love you guys, thank you for showing up and let’s get moving!!! Tomorrow, Sunday Sept 13, we are offering free classes — sign up to secure your space mat.

Starting Sunday Sept 6, studio will be close, no classes nor massage. If you had a massage appointment next week, we have contacted you. Alright gang, a note from Chris.
— As we are preparing for Hurricane Lowell we have decided to cancel all classes starting this Sunday, Sept 6th. The reason of this is that we are taking extra safety measures to ensure nobody comes down to the shop during bad weather. We have two more running days ahead - Friday and Saturday with added classes to the calendar. Come get your workout, yoga and relaxation class before the storm.

Prepare, be safe & stay in touch with your loved ones. , We will update here and thru email when our operations will resume. Until then, be pono, malama each other and we will see you very soon. 🌺🌺🌺

Who said Therapeutic Yoga? — these classes aim to reset the body by stretching the superficial layer of muscles but also doing micro work into connective tissues. Used of many props, class remains low on the mat. Relaxing, rejuvenating and truly the best body reset! ✨
