🗣️ CALLING ALL VENDORS & REPOSTS NEEDED!

The Board of Directors is thrilled to officially announce the Charity Launch Event for our newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Peaceful Pulse for Responders! ✨

Our mission is dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellness of our Adams & York County community's first responders. To celebrate, we are hosting a community gathering and Vendor Fair, and we want YOU to be a part of it!

📅 When: Saturday, September 19, 2026
📍 Where: Bourbon Mill (4797 York Rd, New Oxford, PA
⏰ Vendor Fair Hours: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

🛍️ WANT TO BE A VENDOR?
We are looking for local businesses, crafters and makers, (Sorry, NO food or alcohol vendors since this is held at the Bourbon Mill) to showcase their products.

Vendor registration fees directly benefit our nonprofit programs, making this a great way to market your business while giving back!

🎉 WHAT TO EXPECT AS A GUEST: Bring your friends and family out for a full day of fun, community spirit, and impact:
1 PM - 5 PM: Wing Feed! 🍗 (100% of wing sales are donated directly to Peaceful Pulse!)
1 PM - 6 PM: Vendor Fair & Shopping
🛍️6 PM - 10 PM: Live music performance by Kartune 🎸

All Day: Door prizes, a silent auction, and meeting great local vendors!100% of proceeds from wing sales (1-5pm), auction proceeds, and vendor registration fees will directly benefit Peaceful Pulse for Responders.
