🏗️ Construction Update! Exciting progress continues across campus.

Maplewood Estates has reached another major milestone with all 45 apartments now complete. Our team is working through final punch list walkthroughs while adding the finishing touches to the common areas. Security systems, door access, alarm installations, and final HVAC adjustments are all underway. Outside, the campus is coming to life with new landscaping, foundation plantings, and preparations for sod, with final paving and line striping coming next.

The Campus Center continues to shine as residents and visitors enjoy the newly opened Main Entrance, Chapel, and Lobby. Renovations to Orchid Terrace, the public restrooms, Boardroom, and Card Room are also nearing completion.

Every step brings us closer to an even more beautiful and welcoming campus. We can't wait to share more updates with you as the finishing touches come together!

We were honored to welcome members of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce to Peter Becker Community for an evening social mixer. Despite the stormy weather, so many joined us for a wonderful night of conversation, networking, and meaningful connections.
