🧘🏻‍♀️ Yin Yoga is Wednesday night at 7pm. Join us to wind down your mind & slow down your body. Deeply stretch your muscles & joints while allowing your mind to rest. Bring your own mat, blocks, blankets, etc or use what’s provided. We will also end with a mini sound bath.
✨ Thursday night at 7pm is a sound bath. Join us to relax with the beautiful sounds from the various sound healing instruments. Bring whatever will make you feel most comfortable - yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, etc.
✨ Cost to attend classes is $12 & after 10 your 11th is free. To attend any classes please register on the website!
