Personalized Alternatives for Learning PAL provides ABA services in Harford County and Cecil County, MD. We provide compassionate family centered care in homes, daycares and our clinic.

Using Applied Behavior Analysis we can increase social, communication and educational skills while decreasing problem behaviors.

📘 What is LISS?

Maryland Community Connection is one of only two LISS providers in the state of Maryland, serving over 1,500 individuals across the Southern Maryland region (5 counties) and the Eastern Shore region (9 counties).

Through the program, eligible individuals may receive funding for a variety of supports, including:
• Assistive technology
• Camp and daycare
• Health services
• Housing modifications
• Medical and specialized equipment
• Personal care and respite
• Therapeutic services
• Self-advocacy training and support
• Transportation assistance

LISS helps individuals access the services and supports they need to live more independently and successfully.
