Ever feel like your body is changing, but you can't quite figure out why? 💚

Low energy, unexpected breakouts, bloating, restless nights, or mood changes can leave you wondering what's going on.

Hormones can play a role in some of these symptoms, but they're not the only possible explanation. Stress, sleep, medications, thyroid conditions, and other factors can contribute, too.

So, where do you start?

✨ Pay attention to patterns in how you're feeling.
✨ Write down your symptoms and when they occur.
✨ Talk with your healthcare provider about possible causes and whether testing makes sense for you.

Hormone testing can provide useful information in the right circumstances, but the goal isn't to test everything. It's to find answers that help you make informed decisions about your health.

Curious about hormone testing? UNI KEY's Salivary Hormone Test measures six hormones using a saliva sample collected at home. If you're wondering whether testing could be helpful for you, learn more about the test and discuss your options with your healthcare provider.

Let's talk! Have you ever wondered whether your symptoms could be hormone-related? What questions have you had about hormone health?

Share them in the comments. We're here to learn together! 💚

Still struggling with bloating, fatigue, or digestive issues you can’t seem to figure out? Your gut may need a closer look. 🔎

But with so many at-home gut health tests available, how do you know which one is right for you?

A microbiome test, a parasite panel, an H. pylori test, and a comprehensive stool analysis all look for different things. Choosing the right test starts with understanding what you want to learn.

In our latest blog, we break down:
🦠 The differences between common at-home gut health tests
🔬 What a comprehensive GI panel can reveal
📦 What to expect when collecting samples at home
📋 How to understand your results and what to do next

We also take a closer look at UNI KEY Health’s Expanded GI Panel, which screens for selected pathogens, parasites, fungi, and key markers related to digestive function and intestinal health.

The goal isn’t simply to run more tests. It’s to find the right information to help you and your practitioner make informed decisions about your health.

Are you getting enough magnesium from your diet? 🥬🌱

Magnesium is essential for energy production, normal muscle and nerve function, and a healthy heartbeat. But many people may not be getting enough from food alone.

Here are 6 magnesium-rich foods worth adding to your regular rotation:
🎃 Pumpkin seeds: 156 mg per ounce
🌱 Chia seeds: 111 mg per ounce
🥜 Almonds: 80 mg per ounce
🥬 Cooked spinach: 78 mg per ½ cup
🫘 Black beans: 60 mg per ½ cup
🍚 Cooked brown rice: 42 mg per ½ cup

And here's something many people don't realize: a normal magnesium blood test doesn't necessarily tell you how much magnesium is stored throughout your body. Less than 1% of your body's magnesium is found in blood serum.

In our latest blog, we break down magnesium deficiency symptoms, magnesium testing, magnesium-rich foods, supplementation, and why blood levels don't always tell the whole story.

🔬 How Tissue Mineral Analysis can provide additional insight
💙 Why Ann Louise formulated Mag-Key with four forms of magnesium

What if supporting your joints wasn’t about slowing down… but about keeping up with the life you love? ❤️

Not long ago, James thought his skiing days might be over. His knee was becoming a bigger obstacle, and he was seriously considering giving up something he’s loved for decades.

But James is also the person who helped formulate Collagen 4+ and was the very first person to try it.

Today, he’s still skiing. ⛷️

That’s exactly why we created Collagen 4+ to be more than just another collagen powder. Along with collagen peptides, it contains L-tryptophan, AstraGin®, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid to create a complete formula designed to support healthy collagen formation, nutrient absorption, skin, and joint tissues.

Because getting older shouldn’t mean giving up the things that make you feel alive.

It’s the longer walk.
The weekend on the mountain.
The trip you’ve been planning.
The stairs you don’t have to think twice about.

The goal isn’t to spend more time thinking about your joints. It’s to keep doing the things you love without having to think about them so much.

Dihydroberberine vs. Berberine: What’s the Difference?

Berberine has become a popular ingredient for metabolic health and weight loss support, but there’s an important piece of the puzzle that often gets overlooked: absorption.

Traditional berberine can have limited absorption when taken orally. Dihydroberberine (DHB) is a related form designed to be more readily absorbed, allowing smaller studied amounts to produce higher blood levels of berberine.

But does better absorption automatically mean better weight loss results? Not necessarily. And that’s where understanding the research matters.

In our latest blog, we’re breaking down:

✨ DHB vs. berberine absorption
✨ How their studied doses compare
✨ What the human research actually shows
✨ AMPK and metabolic health
✨ Digestive effects and tolerability
✨ What DHB contributes to UNI KEY GLP-1 Formula

UNI KEY’s GLP-1 Formula combines DHB with fenugreek extract, alpha lipoic acid, and AstraGin® to support healthy metabolism and appetite balance.

Want to understand the difference between DHB and berberine before choosing a supplement?

🍂 Cinnamon is more than just a fall favorite!

That warm, cozy sprinkle of cinnamon may do more than make your kitchen smell amazing. Ceylon cinnamon contains naturally occurring compounds that make this beloved spice a flavorful addition to a health-conscious fall routine.

✨ Supports healthy blood sugar & metabolism
Cinnamon may help support healthy glucose metabolism, making it a smart spice to pair with balanced meals and snacks.

❤️ A little goes a long way
Cinnamon provides small amounts of fiber and calcium, while its naturally occurring plant compounds offer antioxidant support.

🌿 Supports digestion & gut health
Cinnamon has traditionally been valued for its digestive properties, and its active compounds have antimicrobial activity.

Easy ways to enjoy it this fall:
🍎 Sprinkle over baked apples or unsweetened applesauce
🎃 Add to pumpkin or sweet potato recipes
☕ Stir into coffee, tea, or a cozy latte
🥣 Mix into oatmeal, chia pudding, or yogurt
