River here! How do you release stress? After my human teaches me something new, I like to take a good roll and shake it off! Learning is fun but it's not always easy. How do you shake off the things in your life that can feel hard? My human says that people have lots of healthy choices like riding a bike, running, dancing, or even something called yoga. If you're not sure, I recommend rolling in the grass (mud and dirt are even better) and then a full body shake... no matter what you choose, I promise you'll feel so good afterward!
