5 Simple Ways to Connect 💙
Check in: Ask someone how they’re really doing—and be willing to listen.
Be present: Put distractions aside and give someone your full attention.
Reach out: Don’t wait for someone to ask for help. A simple text or call can mean a lot.
Listen without judgment: You don’t need to fix everything. Sometimes people just need to feel heard.
Stay connected: Continue checking in, especially during difficult times. Small moments of connection can make a big difference.

Grief support for kids! Group starts next Wednesday, September 9th.

~A safe space for children ages 5–12 who have experienced the loss of someone they love. Through age-appropriate activities, creative expression, and connection with other children, we help kids learn that all feelings are okay and that they don’t have to navigate grief alone.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month 💙

We all play a role.

A simple “How are you really doing?”, taking the time to listen, checking in on someone who seems withdrawn, or reminding someone that they are not alone can make a difference.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. You don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes, simply being present and willing to listen is enough to open the door to hope.

Let’s look out for one another. Let’s talk openly about mental health. Let’s replace judgment with compassion and silence with connection.

We all play a role in preventing su***de. 💙

Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose, and are here for those who continue to struggle with substance use and the individuals and families whose lives have been forever changed.

Recovery is possible, and asking for help is an act of strength, not weakness.

We remember. We care. We keep showing up. And we keep believing that every life is worth saving. 💜

Today on International Overdose Awareness Day, we stand together across the globe declaring it's time for change. We are showing up, speaking up, and saying loudly - let's end overdose! 💜
