Still have questions about the Gold Plan? Here are some common ones we hear from employers:

Does this replace insurance? No. DPC is primary care only. Your employees keep existing coverage for ER visits, specialists, and hospitalizations.

Do employees need insurance to join? No. DPC works with or without it. Employees who have coverage keep it for ER visits and specialists. The Gold Plan handles primary care.

Do I control my employees' tier? You set the Gold baseline. Employees can choose to upgrade to Platinum on their own.

What reporting do I get? Quarterly de-identified aggregate metrics: visit volume, same-day access rate, preventive visit numbers. No individual names or health details.

Did you know you may be able to use your HSA for your Direct Primary Care membership?

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you may be able to use those funds to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, including certain Direct Primary Care membership fees and other qualified medical services, depending on your plan and current regulations.

Using your HSA can be a convenient way to invest in your health while taking advantage of your pre-tax healthcare dollars.

Not sure if your HSA covers your DPC membership? We recommend checking with your HSA administrator or tax advisor to confirm your eligibility.
