Last weekend another group of beautiful individuals were attuned to Reiki Level 2 by our Reiki Master, Justina💛

Together, we deepened our connection to Reiki’s universal life force energy, explored sacred symbols, and shared in meditation. It was a beautiful day that opened up a new world of love and light for those who joined🥹

This class is designed to build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a dynamic vinyasa flow prepared to help you level-up your arm balances 🔥

Through intentional wrist, shoulder, and core drills seamlessly woven into the sequence, you’ll develop the stability and control needed to explore balancing on the arms safely and playfully 😌

Throw back to one of our first Summer Solstice tie dye workshops☀️

Join Steph for a fun-filled afternoon of bleach tie dye on June 20, during this year’s Summer Solstice celebration🌻

We have some special patterns in store for you to play with + an opportunity to try cyanotype tie dying using the sun🤭… we can’t wait to see what you create!

Everyone will receive a piece of Haven Merch to dye + if you’d like to bring another item to bleach tie dye you’re welcome to!

A portion of the proceeds will go toward our Little Seedlings Scholarship that supports moms in need through the non-profit organization, Cradle of Hope 💛

Another chance to participate in our Yoga Continuing Education weekends, and this one is going to be a fun one 😏

Together we will:

🌷Explore how to bring your creativity into your flows
