❤️ A Message to Our Lowcountry Family Care Family ❤️

To our wonderful patients,

We want to sincerely apologize for the scheduling changes, appointment rescheduling, and temporary pause in walk-in visits this week.

Due to an unexpected personal emergency affecting our practice, we have had to make some difficult adjustments to our schedule. These decisions were not made lightly. Our priority has always been to provide each patient with the quality care and attention you deserve while ensuring we can continue serving our community safely and responsibly.

We know changes like these can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and understanding so many of you have already shown our team. Your encouraging words and grace have meant more than you know.

As a small, locally owned family practice, our team wears many hats, and when unexpected circumstances arise, we all come together to keep caring for our patients the very best we can. We are working hard to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible and hope to return to our normal schedule soon. Please know that we are doing everything we can to minimize delays and care for those with urgent needs.

Happy summer!☀️
Just a friendly reminder that we are closed on Fridays for the summer and we are closed the rest of the day today. Trish is traveling to Ohio to pick up her grandchildren and will be back in the office on Monday. Have a safe and enjoyable weekend!

As we enjoy and are grateful for sunny days, and spending time with the people who matter most to us, we honor the heroes who made these moments possible. Let’s remember that they gave it all so we could have it all and we should celebrate their lives not only this day but everyday. Wishing everyone a safe, healthy and Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

We will be open our regular office hours starting Tuesday.

Happy summertime!!! We are happy to introduce new summer office hours!

NOTICE: Effective immediately, our office will be closed on Fridays.

If you are feeling unwell, please make sure to come in Monday–Thursday before 4:00 PM to be seen.

Please also note that phones will not be monitored continuously when the office is closed. To receive a response, please contact the office during regular business hours:
Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Medication Refills:
• Please request all medication refills during regular business hours.
• Allow up to 2 business days for your prescription to be processed and sent.
• Please call ahead for refills and do not wait until you are completely out of medication to request them.
• Refills are processed each evening after in-clinic patient visits are completed.

We kindly ask that you do not call or text multiple times within a 24-hour period regarding refill requests. Multiple messages slow down our ability to respond efficiently to all patients and do not speed up the refill process.

We value each of our patients and work hard to accommodate visits and provide the best care possible. Establishing these boundaries helps us serve everyone more effectively.

Happy Moving Day!!
We are happy to announce, it's finally time!!
Today is the big day!! In order to make sure everything is ready in time, we have decided to be closed today and Monday, the 23rd.
We understand that emergencies happen, so please call and leave a message if you need someone to call you back. We will be very busy this weekend getting everything ready.
Thanks again for everyone's patience with us. Can't wait to see everyone in our new home!!

We're Moving!!!
Don't be alarmed, we will not be far away. We will be moving downstairs into unit #103 coming soon!!! This has been a long road, but we are finally confident enough to say watch out, Lowcountry Family Care is EXPANDING!! Thank you to everyone who has supported us through our journey.

Speaking of hard times, with all the changes happening, we are also changing our computer program for electronic charting. This means we are finally offering reminder texts again! This transition is not easy though, so please bear with us through the process.

Last, we will be closed on Friday for the next few weeks. Please make sure that you get your refills and appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday so that you can prepare for the long weekend without us. If you have an emergency please leave a voicemail, we will return your call as soon as possible. Of course if you are sick, please give us a call.
