Stretch of the Week: Chest Opener

If you spend long hours sitting, driving, or on your phone, this one’s for you. The chest opener stretch helps counteract rounded shoulders, relieve upper-body tension, and support better posture throughout the day. Focus on opening through the chest, not just pulling your arms back, and breathe deeply as you hold. Your posture (and neck and shoulders) will thank you!

Patient stories like this remind us why we do what we do! Hear firsthand how physical therapy made a difference at Radius Physical Therapy:

“I came to Radius PT with constant shoulder pain from arthritis and was worried surgery was my only option. From the very first visit, Andrew took the time to explain everything, build a plan specific to me, and truly listen to my concerns. Over the course of therapy, my pain decreased significantly, my strength and mobility improved, and I was able to get back to everyday activities. Andrew, Brady, Rudy, and Ava were knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cared about my progress. Thanks to Radius PT, I was able to avoid shoulder surgery and feel better than I have in years.”
