So proud to celebrate Harper Looney, State Softball MVP for Trussville High School.
An incredible three-day performance defined by grit, composure, and leadership when it mattered most. She earned her MVP with 33 innings, 447 pitches, and a 6–0 record! Congratulations on a well-earned honor!

It’s Pelvic Floor Awareness Week and we’re here to talk about a part of the body that doesn’t get nearly enough attention.

Your pelvic floor muscles support bladder and bowel function, contribute to core stability, and play a huge role in pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and overall quality of life.

What an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work, grit, and teamwork this group brings to the field.

Now it’s time to cheer on the Hewitt-Trussville Huskies Baseball as they take the field later today playing for a state title! We’re rooting for you!

MYTH: You should never exercise if something hurts
FACT: The right kind of exercise can actually help reduce pain and support healing.

Pain doesn’t always mean you should stop moving. It often means your body needs guidance, not rest alone. The key is knowing what movements will help and which to avoid.

That’s where physical therapy comes in. Talking with one of our PTs can help determine what exercises are safe, effective, and best for your specific body and goals.

We want to send a huge congratulations and good luck to Cole Bloom and the Penn State DuBois baseball team as they compete in the Small College World Series!

Cole is the son of our very own Heidi Bloom, one of our amazing PTAs at our Clearfield clinic, and we couldn’t be more proud to cheer him and his teammates on from afar. All the hard work, dedication, and teamwork has paid off. What an incredible accomplishment!
