As the year begins to wind down, let this be your reminder to check in with what feels sustainable. More discernment may look like protecting your time, being clearer about your boundaries, resting without guilt, and choosing where your energy truly belongs.

You are allowed to enter the final months of the year with less pressure and more intention.

There’s a lot of fear around moldavite. “It’ll flip your life upside down.” “You have to be ready for it.”

Here’s my take: you get to decide when you’re ready.

Mine sat in my jewelry box for over a year. When I finally started wearing it, I was already doing the inner work, and it helped push me over that last hump. Things are moving. Doors are opening. Growth, change, flow.

No fear, no force. Just discernment. 🌙

Some healing work asks for a different level of presence, trust, and responsibility.

As practitioners, we can feel called to help everyone. But real integrity also means being honest about our capacity, the depth of the work, and whether the container is truly right for both the practitioner and the person receiving.

Boundaries do not make healing less accessible. They make it safer, more intentional, and more respectful of what may arise.

Not everything is meant to be offered in the same way, at the same capacity, or to every person. And that is okay.

This training reminded me that even when we understand energy, the body still needs its own space to process and release.

Sometimes that looks like quiet, nature, rest, and giving yourself permission to be alone. Sometimes it means allowing yourself to soften enough to receive support.

Lomilomi is teaching me that healing is not only something we work through in spirit. The body deserves an opportunity to let go, too.
