We loved being part of this year’s Gilford Old Home Day 5K and supporting the GNA | Gunstock Nordic Association!

Our team was there after the race offering massage, stretching, and helpful recovery tips for runners. It’s always great to get out in the community and support events that keep people active and moving.

Jadyn earned both her BS in Exercise Science and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Husson University. She enjoys working with postoperative patients, sports injuries, and a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on creating personalized treatment plans that help patients reach their goals.

We’re excited to have Jadyn on the GSPT team and look forward to all she’ll bring to our patients and community!

Parents and high school athletes: our FREE Strength & Conditioning Clinics are happening next week, and there’s still time to sign up!

Led by Granite State Physical Therapy’s Certified Athletic Trainers, these hands-on sessions will help athletes prepare for the season through strength and conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, nutrition, and healthy habits for long-term success.

The clinics are open to all high school students, regardless of school, sport, position, or experience level.

Session I: July 21 & 23
Session II: July 22 & 24
2–4:30 p.m.
Belmont High School

Students may attend one session or both.

It's been a hot and humid day across the state, and the heat isn't over yet! A Heat Advisory remains in effect until 8 p.m., with heat-index values near 100 degrees in some areas.

Whether you spent the day working outside, exercising, at the beach, or in the woods, continue drinking water, take time to cool down, and pay attention to how you’re feeling. Symptoms of heat exhaustion can include heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, weakness, muscle cramps, and extreme thirst.

Please join us in welcoming Elizabeth Taber, MPT, to our Gilford clinic team!

Elizabeth earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Inspired by her own rehabilitation experience following a knee injury as a teenager, she pursued a career in physical therapy to help others improve their quality of life through compassionate, hands-on care.

She specializes in treating general orthopedic conditions using manual therapy techniques, such as the Mulligan Concept and Maitland Technique, alongside individualized rehabilitation exercise programs.
