Please join us in welcoming Elizabeth Taber, MPT, to our Gilford clinic team!

Elizabeth earned her Master of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. Inspired by her own rehabilitation experience following a knee injury as a teenager, she pursued a career in physical therapy to help others improve their quality of life through compassionate, hands-on care.

She specializes in treating general orthopedic conditions using manual therapy techniques, such as the Mulligan Concept and Maitland Technique, alongside individualized rehabilitation exercise programs.

Granite State Physical Therapy was proud to take part in the Beech Street Elementary School Career Fair in Manchester on April 24, our first year participating in this event.

Our athletic trainers, Julia and Bethany, had the opportunity to connect with 4th grade students, sharing what they do and how they help people stay active, recover from injuries, and perform at their best. Events like this are a great reminder of how curious and engaged students are when they’re introduced to new ideas and career paths.

Thank you to Beech Street Elementary School for the invitation! We’re glad to be part of it and look forward to participating again.
