❤️ There’s so much happening in the world. So much pain, fear, uncertainty, and division. And sometimes it feels like we’re all trying to hold more than we’re meant to carry.

I’ve been thinking about what the dream really is. Maybe it’s this. Being alive. All of it. The beautiful moments, the heartbreaking ones, the messy middle, the things we wish we could change, and the things we never want to forget. Every moment we’re living right now will someday be a memory. And while none of us knows what lies beyond this dream, we do know that we’re here, right now.

I think sometimes we put so much pressure on ourselves to find the good, stay positive, be grateful, and keep moving forward that we forget something important: Our difficult emotions deserve to be heard, too. Anger might be telling us that something matters.
Sadness might be asking us to slow down.
Fear might be showing us where we need support. We don’t have to push those feelings away or turn every painful experience into a lesson. We’re all works in progress.

If you’re in a place where getting through the day is taking everything you’ve got, I hope you know that surviving is enough.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to know what comes next.
You don’t need to feel hopeful every minute.

But I hope you’ll stay curious about what your life might still become. There are people you haven’t met. Songs you haven’t heard. Moments of laughter you can’t imagine yet. Versions of yourself you haven’t had the chance to know. And if the weight feels too heavy, please reach for someone. You were never meant to carry it all alone. You are not finished becoming. And you deserve to be here for what comes next. ❤️

✨ Sometimes the reminder you need finds you at exactly the right moment. 💜

I came across this yesterday when I was in the middle of creating. I wasn't looking for inspiration, but there it was… the exact reminder I needed in that moment.

It's not about perfect. It's about effort.

How often do we get caught up in wanting everything to be just right? We question ourselves, second-guess our progress, or forget how far we've already come because we're so focused on where we want to be.

This little reminder brought me back to something so important.

Growth doesn't require perfection. Transformation doesn't happen all at once. It's found in the small, intentional choices we make each day, even when things feel messy, uncertain, or unfinished.

Some days we take big steps. Other days, simply showing up is enough.

And sometimes, we need to remember why we started in the first place.

💜 Keep creating.
💜 Keep showing up.
💜 Give yourself grace along the way.

Progress is still progress, even when it doesn't look the way you imagined.

I'm sharing this because maybe, just maybe, someone else needs this reminder today, too.

The music is the inspiration, but the meaning belongs to you. 🌙🎶

One of the things I love most about creating The Cosmic Set List is watching how a song I’ve listened to for years can suddenly reveal something completely different.

A lyric that once felt like a celebration becomes a reminder to let go.

A song about heartbreak becomes a lesson in compassion.

A familiar melody becomes an invitation to look inward.

Every card in this 46-card reflection deck begins with a song from Phish, the Grateful Dead, Dave Matthews Band, or Goose.

And yes, I’ve tucked little Easter eggs into the artwork and messages - nods to the bands and songs that inspired them. Finding those connections is part of the fun for music lovers. 🌹

But you don’t have to recognize a single reference to connect with the message, because these cards aren’t really about knowing the right song. They’re about learning to listen to yourself.

To notice what resonates.
To honor what you’re feeling.
To trust that your own experiences and intuition have something important to say.

Making these collages has been part of my own healing journey, and my hope is that the finished deck offers others a little of that same space for reflection and connection.

Some cards are about finding joy. Others are about grief, forgiveness, boundaries, hope, or simply making it through a difficult day.

There’s no right way to connect with them. No special knowledge required.

Just you, the card, and whatever meaning rises to the surface.

I’m still building this setlist, one handmade collage at a time, and I’m excited to see where it leads.

✨ Say Them Until You Feel Them. 💜

A little glimpse into my morning routine… This is my mirror. Not always perfectly organized, not always pretty, but filled with words and reminders that I intentionally choose to begin my day with.

I use mirror markers to write affirmations, intentions, and little reminders to myself. As I get ready each morning, I read them, speak them out loud, and allow myself to connect with their meaning.

And here's the thing… you don't have to believe every word the first time you say it.

Say it again. And again.

Say them until you feel them. Until the words begin to shift from something you're reading into something you're truly embracing.

Some mornings, the words flow easily. Other mornings, I need those reminders more than ever. And that's okay.

It's not about pretending everything is perfect. It's about being intentional with the energy, thoughts, and beliefs I choose to carry into my day.

💜 Your words matter.
💜 Your thoughts matter.
💜 The way you speak to yourself matters.

And yes, a little humor belongs in the mix, too! 😉 Because protecting your peace doesn't mean losing your personality!

💜✨ Together, We Can Let the Light Shine Brighter Than the Darkness.

This photo represents something so much bigger than a gathering or a donation. It represents what happens when people come together with open hearts, shared intentions, and a willingness to make a difference.

I am incredibly honored to share that Pure Melodic Vibrations is donating $230 to Team SOSL (Survivors of Su***de Loss) with NAMI New Hampshire, from our recent Sound for Hope gathering at Grace Episcopal Church. 💜 $230 may seem like a small number in a world with so much need, but the impact of compassion is never measured by dollars alone.

It's measured in the connections we create, the people we support, the conversations we make space for, and the reminder that no one should have to navigate life's darkest moments alone.

To everyone who joined us, supported this gathering, or helped bring it to life, thank you. You helped turn an experience of sound, stillness, and connection into something that reaches beyond the walls of the church. This is what community means to me. It's not just about gathering together when life is beautiful. It's about showing up when life is difficult, too. It's about choosing to care, even when we cannot fix everything.

We may not be able to change the whole world overnight, but we can change someone's experience of it. One act of kindness. One moment of understanding. One person feeling seen, heard, and supported... and when we bring those little lights together, something beautiful happens. ✨ The light begins to shine brighter than the darkness.

My heart is full of gratitude for this opportunity to give back and for the incredible people and organizations doing this meaningful work every day. 🌿 Let's keep the light moving. ✨ Sometimes, faith is simply trusting the path before you can see where it leads. 💜

Life has a beautiful way of inviting us to grow, shift, and step into the unknown. And while change can feel uncertain, there is something incredibly powerful about trusting that each step is leading us exactly where we need to be.

Faith doesn't mean having all the answers. It means finding the courage to move forward, even when the entire path hasn't revealed itself.

🌿 Trust the timing.
🌿 Honor the journey.
🌿 Allow yourself to grow beyond what you can currently see.

Some of the most beautiful chapters begin with a little uncertainty and a whole lot of faith.

Sometimes making a difference doesn't require something grand. It begins with simply showing up, creating connections, and choosing compassion. I am incredibly honored to share that PMV is donating $50 to the Contemplative Action Network (CAN) from our recent Sound for Hope gathering at Grace Episcopal Church in Manchester, NH. 💜 Because even the smallest acts of generosity can create ripples far beyond what we may ever see.

CAN's beautiful mission, "Loving our neighbors together," reflects something I believe deeply. When we come together with open hearts and shared intentions, we create opportunities for meaningful change.
