It’s ok to say NO, not now!
Know Your Limits. Honor Your Needs. 💚
Understanding your limits isn't a sign of weakness—it's an important part of maintaining your emotional and physical well-being.
Emotionally, limits help protect your energy, reduce overwhelm, and create space for healthy relationships. Physically, they remind you to rest, recharge, and pay attention to what your body is telling you.
When we consistently push beyond our limits, stress can show up in both our minds and our bodies. Learning to recognize when it's time to pause, say no, ask for help, or prioritize self-care is an act of wisdom and self-respect.
This week, take a moment to check in with yourself:
✨ What is your mind telling you?
✨ What is your body telling you?
✨ What limit do you need to honor today?
"You and these people who come to you will only wear yourselves out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone." — Exodus 18:18
