“I am pleased to be a featured speaker for the Dover Deltas Wellness Health Fair on November 14th. 🎙️✨

The Dover Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated has been a cornerstone of public service in Kent County since 1955, celebrating 70 years of service, scholarship, and sisterhood.

This chapter represents a powerful collective of over 130 college-educated leaders who have made extraordinary impacts in Dover, DE and the Kent County community.

Through essential wellness events like this health fair, youth mentorship, and dedicated social action, they continue to transform lives and advocate for a healthier, more empowered future.”

🎙️Yesterday I had the privilege to attend the "Fall Into Your Purpose Workshop" as a Featured Speaker for When The Gravity Is Heavy: Stepping Into Your Sacred Space🌸

🌅 In this talk, I pull back the curtain on my own journey through self care, acceptance, and mental wellness; and how I use my signature Self Care Sensory Stillness methods to hit the "reset button" on a stressed nervous system. No forced conversation, no touch—just practical tools and confirmations to reclaim your peace.

Yesterday's workshop was inspiring, emotional, real and needed! Everyone was welcome to come as you are and we did just that! Thank you ebony barksdale for putting together this meaningful event. I look forward to collaborating with you more in the future!

If you are in the Wilmington area please follow Ebony's pages for all her upcoming events, the latest news on her upcoming spa and much more!

🗣️This evening was so inspiring... I walked out and my GREAT aunts were right there supporting me along with others I didn't even know.. I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of the Sister Friend Circle Launch Debut and for all of the positive and intelligent women in a welcoming space 🤍

These women have been here since I was born.. I could say so much more about them but they already know how much they mean to me. 🤞🏾😌💐

This was my First Featured Speaker Opportunity but I know it will not be the last ⏳
