Knowing that someone is struggling is one thing. Knowing what to do next can make all the difference.
As part of HHCI’s work to expand practical mental health education into the community, we’ve launched an updated version of The 4 R’s of Mental Health Support©.
Designed to build a foundation for supporting others, The 4 R’s gives people a clear, practical framework for what to do when someone may need help:
* Recognize when someone may be struggling.
* Refer them to appropriate professional care.
* Relate through compassionate, meaningful connection.
* Restore by helping foster a supportive community.
The 4 R’s turns mental health knowledge into action, helping expand access to care by preparing more people to recognize needs and connect others to help. Take The 4 R’s Training: https://bit.ly/4hZnAf9
