For this patient, an extended tummy tuck was paired with liposuction across the upper abdomen, waistline, mons, anterior flanks, back, and love handles.

The goal wasn’t to focus on one area in isolation. It was to look at the torso as a whole, removing excess skin while strategically contouring the surrounding areas to create a smoother, more balanced silhouette from front to back.

In total, 4,700cc of lipoaspirate was removed along with 3,224g of tissue during her procedure.

Sometimes, it’s the most targeted changes that make the difference.

This patient had a very specific area she wanted to address: the outer thighs, commonly called the “saddlebag” region.

We used targeted liposuction to remove 500cc from each side, refining the outer thigh contour and creating a smoother transition through the hips and legs.

Liposuction doesn’t always have to mean treating multiple areas. Sometimes the goal is simply identifying the one area that feels out of proportion and thoughtfully refining it.

Size is only one piece of the conversation. We’ll look at your anatomy, proportions, lifestyle, goals, implant profile, placement, and ultimately how you want to look and feel.

For this patient, we’re highlighting several treatment areas:

- Glabella to soften the lines between the brows
- Forehead to soften horizontal lines while maintaining natural movement
- DAO to relax the downward pull at the corners of the mouth
- Crow’s feet to soften lines around the eyes while maintaining natural expression
