☀️🌴 CCC Summer Saturdays Are Here! 🌴☀️

Looking for a fun and meaningful way to help your child build confidence, emotional wellness, and important life skills before heading back to school? Join us this summer for our Summer Saturdays Workshop Series at Comprehensive Counseling Center!

Over the course of five consecutive Saturdays, children will participate in engaging, hands-on workshops led by our experienced professionals. Through activities such as sand tray therapy, LEGO®-based learning, yoga, games, and creative exercises, children will develop skills in emotional regulation, self-expression, confidence-building, healthy decision-making, and mindfulness.

📅 Saturdays: July 11th – August 8th, 2026
👧 Elementary & Middle School Age Groups Available

Our monthly Postpartum Support Group, hosted by Samantha Sininsky, LCSW, offers a relaxed, nurturing space for mothers up to 18 months postpartum to connect, share, and feel supported exactly where they are in their journey.

🌿 What is group therapy? Let’s talk about it! 🌿

If you’ve ever been curious about group therapy and what it’s actually like, I’m here to break it down for you.

Group therapy brings people together around a shared topic like anxiety, pregnancy, depression, social skills, and so much more. These groups are typically led by a licensed therapist who guides the conversation and offers support.
Participating in group therapy can be an incredibly meaningful experience. You’ll connect with others who truly get what you’re going through, hear what has (and hasn’t) worked for them, and feel less alone in your own journey. Many people even find that healing happens faster when they’re supported by a group.
At Comprehensive Counseling Center, we’re proud to offer a variety of group therapy options. We’re always open to new ideas!

☀️ Welcome to the Team, Ashley Del Bene, MSW, LSW! ☀️

We’re thrilled to welcome Ashley M. Del Bene, LSW to our practice! Ashley is a licensed social worker who works with children, adolescents, and young adults, creating a safe and supportive space where they can explore emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen social connections.

With her warm, strengths-based approach, Ashley combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) with creative, play-based methods like art, games, mindfulness, and guided conversations. She specializes in helping children and teens with anxiety, emotional regulation, resilience, peer relationships, and life transitions.

Ashley earned her Master of Social Work from Monmouth University with a specialization in Clinical Practice with Families and Children, and she holds both her license in Social Work and a School Social Work Certificate.

She believes healing happens through connection and partners closely with families so every child feels seen, celebrated, and confident — at home, at school, and with peers. 💛

🌟 Welcome, Scott! 🌟

We’re excited to welcome our newest therapist, Scott, to the Comprehensive Counseling Center team!

Scott is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey and is currently working toward his Licensed Professional Counselor credential. He earned his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rider University and brings valuable experience supporting clients through depression, anxiety, and addiction.

Scott integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy — to meet each client where they are on their journey. He works primarily with clients ages 18 and older and is also looking forward to working with couples.
