💙 What a wonderful day at Howell Day! 💙

We had such a great time participating in Howell Day and connecting with so many wonderful members of our community! We are incredibly grateful to be a mental health partner in the Howell community and are honored to have the opportunity to support the needs of those around us.

We had such a wonderful time at our latest Confidently Me Self-Esteem Workshop this past weekend! 💕 The girls had the opportunity to build connections, learn together, and create a supportive space where they could grow, share, and feel empowered.

Most importantly, they left with practical tools and strategies they can use in their everyday lives to help build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, and navigate challenges with greater confidence. 🌸

☀️🌴 CCC Summer Saturdays Are Here! 🌴☀️

Looking for a fun and meaningful way to help your child build confidence, emotional wellness, and important life skills before heading back to school? Join us this summer for our Summer Saturdays Workshop Series at Comprehensive Counseling Center!

Over the course of five consecutive Saturdays, children will participate in engaging, hands-on workshops led by our experienced professionals. Through activities such as sand tray therapy, LEGO®-based learning, yoga, games, and creative exercises, children will develop skills in emotional regulation, self-expression, confidence-building, healthy decision-making, and mindfulness.

📅 Saturdays: July 11th – August 8th, 2026
👧 Elementary & Middle School Age Groups Available

Motherhood can be beautiful and overwhelming — and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Our monthly Postpartum Support Group, hosted by Samantha Sininsky, LCSW, offers a relaxed, nurturing space for mothers up to 18 months postpartum to connect, share, and feel supported exactly where they are in their journey.

✨ This is an open group, meaning you’re welcome to attend as often as you’d like.
✨ Each month focuses on a different theme, such as bring your baby, bring your partner, maternal rage, anxiety, depression, and more.

🌿 What is group therapy? Let’s talk about it! 🌿

If you’ve ever been curious about group therapy and what it’s actually like, I’m here to break it down for you.

Group therapy brings people together around a shared topic like anxiety, pregnancy, depression, social skills, and so much more. These groups are typically led by a licensed therapist who guides the conversation and offers support.
Participating in group therapy can be an incredibly meaningful experience. You’ll connect with others who truly get what you’re going through, hear what has (and hasn’t) worked for them, and feel less alone in your own journey. Many people even find that healing happens faster when they’re supported by a group.
At Comprehensive Counseling Center, we’re proud to offer a variety of group therapy options. We’re always open to new ideas!
