How much should you really share with your teen about your own past struggles? 🤔

In this sneak peek of Episode 50, , MSW, LSW gives parents the ultimate reality check for setting boundaries. Her golden rule? Ask yourself how you would feel if a 13-year-old off the street came up and said those exact words to you. If you'd be shocked, it’s probably too heavy for your kid. 🛑

It’s completely okay to relate to your teens, but the key is sharing with limitations and letting them take the driver’s seat by deciding if they want to ask questions.

🎙️ The full conversation drops TOMORROW (Friday) at 9 PM! Hit the link in our bio to subscribe so you don't miss this powerful episode.

Staying connected through all of the bad decisions truly means you’re able to show up and care, put effort in and know that they’ll get through it. We have to believe in their ability as much as we believe it’ll “never end”.

Grab your coffee and permission to wear sweatpants: GRANTED! 🛋️☕

We are just TWO HOURS away from our Weekend Level of Care (LOC) Coffee! (Starts at 10:00 AM EDT).

This is the definition of casual, low-pressure networking.

We’ve invited our whole community to come connect and vibe over Zoom. It’s a great space to meet peers working in your same LOC, get to know professionals in other levels, and share resources.

There's no presentation to prep and no dress code. Just a bunch of mental health pros connecting over a warm drink to kick off the weekend. ☕

👇 Head to the Events tab in the group NOW, click "Going," and grab the Zoom link! See you at 10 AM! 👋
