Insurance patient's out of pocket cost depends on their insurance plan. Medicaid patients are required to have a referral from their P*P.

There will be road work going on outside our office from now into next year.

So that you can avoid any mishaps with trucks coming through the parking lot, please park in front of the building, facing the building.

I know the parking spots are not marked. So, in order to make enough parking for all our patients, please don't park parallel with the building, up against the side walk, on the grass, or next to the mailboxes (this could cause you to be blocked in).
