Call us today to schedule your first appointment.

Dr Powell has been at this location for over 25 years.

We do not require or offer contracts to sign where you required to sign up for a number of visits at a unreasonable cost to you.

We accept most major insurance companies (Medicaid is not accepted) and file your claim for you. We only collect your co-payment or deductible amounts at the time of services rendered.

No insurance? No problem. We charged $85.00 for first appointments and $50.00 for any follow up appointments as needed.

Update: Water is fixed and we are now open on normal schedule.

Due to construction workers cutting main water line, our office can not open and will be closed until it is fixed.

They have told us it will be around lunch before it is fixed.
