💙 The more we understand someone, the better we can support their growth.

That belief is part of what inspired Jonathan N., one of our newest Behavior Interventionists at Love 2 Learn, to take the next step in his journey.

Before joining our team, Jonathan gained experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. That experience sparked his curiosity to learn more about childhood development and how thoughtful, individualized support can make a difference at different stages of life.

Now, he's excited to put his growing knowledge of ABA into practice while building meaningful connections with children and supporting their individual goals.

What drew Jonathan to Love 2 Learn was something close to his own values: being heart-centered and growth-minded. He believes in continuing to learn, approaching others with compassion, and creating a steady, welcoming space where children feel supported.

We're so happy to welcome Jonathan to the team and look forward to seeing the connections he'll build and the growth he'll inspire. 💙✨

Celebrating 12 years of Ana at Love 2 Learn! 💛🎉

Over the past 12 years, Ana has become such an important part of who we are. She is a mentor, a leader, a steady presence, and someone who brings widom, heart and joy into her work.

One of Ana’s greatest strengths is her ability to move with change, both the big shifts and the little everyday pivots, while continuing to lead with thoughtfulness, perspective, and a whole lot of TLC.

She has mentored so many people along the way, helped shape our programs and our culture, and poured so much care into the children, families, and team members who make up our community.

12 years is a lot of growth, change, laughter, and lives touched. We are incredibly grateful for all you’ve given to Love 2 Learn, Ana, and so glad you’re part of our story. 💛

Halloween is exciting, and it can also be a lot. New sights, new sounds, costumes, doorbells, a change in routine. For little ones still learning to regulate, that adds up fast.

Here’s how we ease into the season in our rooms, and how you can try it at home:

🎃 Bring decorations in a few at a time
📚 Read Halloween books before the big day
🗓️ Count down on a calendar so it feels predictable
✋ Let them explore with sensory play
🎨 Give them choices, like painting their own pumpkin

Small steps make big moments feel safer.

POV: You’ve worked together so long you accidentally become triplets. 🤎

The matching outfits made us smile, but it’s the kind of connection you can’t coordinate that we really love.

At Love 2 Learn, some of our favorite moments are the everyday ones: collaborating, supporting each other, laughing between the busy moments, and doing meaningful work alongside people you genuinely enjoy.

The energy you bring matters. 🖍️💙

When we’re playful, present, and engaged, the people around us often feel it too. That’s true in parenting, supervising, collaborating, and supporting others.

And when you notice you’re feeling rushed, disconnected, or just going through the motions? Try a reset: pause, regulate, reconnect, and find a little room for play.

You don’t have to force the fun. Sometimes you just have to find your way back to it.

And sometimes…that means dressing like crayons. 🖍️😂

💙 Sometimes the biggest wins start with two little words: “Help me.”

For a child, learning to recognize when they need support and confidently ask for it can be a powerful step toward greater independence. And those are exactly the kinds of moments that excite Emy N., one of our newest Behavior Interventionists at Love 2 Learn.

Emy is passionate about helping children build skills one step at a time, celebrating progress along the way, and thoughtfully adjusting her approach to help each child keep moving forward.

She was also drawn to something we value deeply at Love 2 Learn: collaboration. Our ABA, Speech, and OT teams have opportunities to learn from one another and work toward a shared goal of creating meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve.

We’re so happy to welcome Emy to the team and can’t wait to see all the little moments that turn into big growth. 💙✨

Behind every child who learns something new, every family who feels a little more hopeful, and every small moment that becomes a big milestone, there are people who show up with patience, heart, and care.

Our bonfire was a chance to celebrate them. 💛

The people who cheer for the little wins, stay steady through the hard moments, and get to witness children grow in ways that can change a family’s life.
