Exciting news for our community! The governor signed a bill launching the Blue Envelope Program in WV. The initiative is designed to support drivers with autism, intellectual disabilities, and dementia by improving communication with law enforcement during traffic stops. We're celebrating 20 years this month! Starlight Behavioral Health first opened its doors in 2006 as an alternative residential option that focused on helping people live their best lives. Today, we serve over 50 individuals with IDD, operate a licensed group home for individuals with IDD and legal problems, and operate a home with individuals with profound hearing loss. As we look forward to another 20 years, we'd like to thank everyone in the community for your continued support throughout the years!
