Well, well, well . . . It’s a week of FREE rides at BDY Studios! It’s always a wild ride at BDY and this week is no exception.

In honor of West Virginia’s 163rd birthday, Wild & Well is sponsoring rides all week for those who want to see what BDY is all about. There’s nothing more West Virginia than community - showing up for each other, welcoming people in, and building something great together.

Starting today through next Saturday, new students can claim one free class, on us!

Join Makenzie and the BDY community for our Hot Girl Walk in Ritter Park — babies in strollers, toddlers on two wheels, besties, and good energy welcome! 🩷🌿

We'll do a couple of laps and then head over to ☕ Grindstone for a post-walk beverage and a whole lot of yapping. 💬😂

No pressure. No pace requirement. Just good people, good conversation, and the best season of the year finally HERE. 🙌 Because wellness isn't just about movement — it's about connection, community, and showing up for each other.

"I started "BDY" when it was just Katrina at St. Mary's Medical Center. When the studio opened in 2013, I followed her there. She kicked my butt every class and that’s what kept me going back!

I have loved BDY from day 1 and still love it ! I enjoy all the classes but Strength 45 is my favorite because it gives you both a cardiovascular and weighted workout. Now BDY has grown and has so many excellent instructors. Each and every one are experts in their field and they always make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend BDY to everyone!

I am so blessed to have my husband of 36 years (Jack) he has always encouraged me to keep going to BDY. He’s the best .We have two wonderful sons Seth and Casey . And two wonderful daughter in laws , Mackenzie and Ashley, And two sweet grandsons, Brooks and Cooper. We Love them so much! In our spare time my husband and I enjoy biking and taking our dog Bentley for a walk . I also enjoy working in my garden and flowers and camping with family and friends.

Thanks to BDY for all the great years of health that keep me loving and doing the things I enjoy most in life. I look forward to to many more years with BDY!"
