After Harvey’s team won the national championship, we surprised him with a quick stop in New York City to go to the World Cup Finals to complete our Summer of Soccer. This was supposed to be a consolation prize but turned into a celebration!

Harvey is a National Champion! His team was the last team standing out of over 400 teams across the country. We had to make it through playoffs by beating teams from Denver, Kansas City, Minnesota, Akron, Rochester, Lafayette, Dallas, and another team from Kansas City in the finals. We dominated the finals winning 5-1. We are so proud of our boys as this was our first year our club has been in this competitive league. They played with extreme grit, passion, level headedness, and confidence. They never doubted themselves even when we as parents honestly did. We were excited to qualify for post season playoffs, surprised to move to final four and shocked to bring home the National Championship for Huntsville!
