We are so excited to welcome Hailey to our team! With 8 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Hailey brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for caring for her patients.

Hailey earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from UAB and has previously worked in women’s health and allergy & asthma care, giving her a diverse background and a well-rounded approach to patient care.

When she’s not at the clinic, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. You can usually find her with a Diet Coke and a good book in hand, preferably while enjoying some much-needed family time! ❤️

We are incredibly fortunate to have Hailey joining our Affinity family, and we know our patients are going to love her just as much as we do!

If you looked up Southern charm in the dictionary, we’re pretty sure you’d find Bailey’s picture. Her kindness, warm smile, and genuine heart make every patient feel welcome from the moment they arrive. She has a beautiful soul, loves Jesus, cherishes her family, and brings so much joy to our office every single day.

Bailey, thank you for your dedication, your compassion, and for being such an important part of the Affinity Primary Care family. We are incredibly blessed to have you on our team, and we truly couldn’t imagine Affinity without you.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Sonia Jean 🌟

Today we're celebrating someone who means so much to all of us, our amazing Office Manager, Sonia Jean!

To know Sonia is truly to love her. She is kind, caring, hilarious, and one of the biggest hearted people you'll ever meet. While she does an incredible job keeping our office running smoothly, what makes her truly special is the way she takes care of the people around her.

Sonia often tells us that her goal is to make our office different from every other workplace. She wants it to be a place where employees feel appreciated, supported, and actually enjoy coming to work each day. Thanks to her, that's exactly what Affinity has become.

She's a Disney Princess at heart, a lover of all things fun, and always looking for ways to make an ordinary day feel special. Whether she's decorating for a holiday, planning a surprise for the staff, celebrating birthdays, or bringing unexpected joy to the office (including, yes, an actual llama🦙), she reminds us that work can be productive and fun. Outside of the office, Sonia's greatest loves are her husband, Eric, and her dogs. The love she has for her family shines through in everything she does, and that same love extends to all of us here at Affinity.

Sonia, thank you for all that you do. We love you, appreciate you, and are so lucky to call you part of our Affinity family. ❤️

Happy Receptionist Day to the smiling faces that keep Affinity Primary Care running smoothly every single day! 💙

From answering phones and scheduling appointments to welcoming patients with kindness and compassion, our front office team does it all with grace, patience, and a whole lot of heart.

We truly could not do what we do without them. Thank you for being the calm in the chaos, the friendly voice on the phone, and the first smile our patients see when they walk through the door.

Today we’re shining the spotlight on our amazing Nurse Practitioner, Bethany Jessee!

We absolutely adore Bethany! Not just for the incredible care she gives our patients, but for the joy and laughter she brings to our team every day. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her spending quality time with her family, hitting the golf course, or trying out new foods (and probably making us all laugh along the way! She’s very funny!).

Bethany is the proud mom of a sweet two-year-old daughter, and we are so excited to congratulate her on the arrival of her beautiful newborn baby girl! 💕

We’re so grateful to have her as part of our team and know our patients are in the best hands with her!
