Some incredibly important community members got some therapy from our dogs today. Thanks to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for coordinating our visit at the 911 Communications center.

How much does Holly love her work as a therapy dog? She and Milan passed the bi-annual Pet Partners evaluation!
Passing another evaluation means that Holly will be able to continue her work in the Huntsville/Madison County area!

How special is Cricket? Her human drove all the way to Texas to bring her to Alabama.
Izzy wandered to her new home as a young pup and has been tail wagging ever since!

More applause, please! Team George and Team River passed their Pet Partners evaluation!
George is a 6 year old Britney Spaniel who is loved and chauffeured by Amanda.
River is a 4 year old Standard Poodle who is loved and chauffeured by Rebecca.
We look forward to the calm and compassion that they will bring to our communities!

SEVEN! Seven new teams will begin their work in just a short time.
Let's start by congratulating Rory and Elton on their successful Pet Partners evaluation!
Rory is a 3 year old Golden Retriever who can't wait to bring smiles to the community (and he likes belly rubs). Bob will be his chauffeur.
Elton is a 2 year old Havanese. Besides getting treats Elton enjoys squeaking his toys.
Cherie is his chauffeur and treat giver.

Registration for the next session of training classes is OPEN!

Our teams were at the South Huntsville Public Library for a WAGS presentation!
There were 96 kids and 57 adults (that's 153) that learned about dog safety!
Bonus--participants were invited to practice the Wait - Ask - Greet Safely guidelines with Mason, Rumor, Sunshine, Oakley, Wrigley, and Sullivan. 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

Therapy Partners teams have been busy at libraries around the area this summer. We have a few remaining WAGS (Wait, Ask, Greet Safely) programs at the following Huntsville Madison County Public Library branches in July: Downtown, Madison, Gurley, Monrovia, and Cavalry Hill. Check with the libraries for times!
