🎬✨ Rick’s Café Américain and our red-carpet premiere of Casablanca were a smashing success! Everyone arrived dressed for an afternoon of classic Hollywood glamour, and each guest had their official Letter of Transit ready for the journey.

From the excitement of Rick’s Café to the lights, cameras, and red-carpet treatment, it was an unforgettable escape to Casablanca. The only thing missing was a plane waiting on the runway! ✈️

⛳ The Fleming Farms Fairway Cup Championship Tournament was a hole-in-one! Our players brought their best swings, stayed on par, and had a tee-rific time competing for the championship.

Our Passport to Scotland Party was a bonnie good time! 🏴 It was an afternoon filled with fun, fellowship, and fascinating discoveries about Scottish culture.

We explored a beautiful wedding tradition in which a bride may wear her family’s tartan during the ceremony. After the couple is pronounced husband and wife, it can be replaced with her husband’s family tartan—symbolizing the joining of two families. We also learned that kilts aren’t only for men—both men and women proudly wear them!

From treasured traditions to colorful tartans, we had a wonderful time taking a wee trip to Scotland without ever leaving Fleming Farms!

Brilliance Week: The Spirit of Adventure was an amazing celebration of the vibrant lives and unique brilliance of our Independent Living residents! Every day brought something new, exciting, and equally fun as we shared unforgettable experiences, laughter, and adventure together.

The Brilliance County Fair was the perfect way to close out such a special week! Residents enjoyed a cakewalk, a petting zoo, a talented balloon artist, and an incredible stilt walker who also amazed everyone with his juggling skills. With games, dancing, delicious food, refreshing drinks, plenty of laughter, and endless fun, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy.

Although Brilliance Week has officially come to an end, our celebration doesn’t stop here. We will continue celebrating each of you—and all the joy, spirit, and brilliance you bring to our community—throughout the entire year! 🎪🎈🎂🐐✨

Taste of Brilliance: Small Bites was truly a delicious affair! Residents enjoyed beautifully arranged charcuterie boards featuring savory meats, flavorful cheeses, and tasty accompaniments. A highlight of the afternoon was a special Indian dish lovingly prepared by Miss Bhavani, adding a wonderful burst of flavor to the experience.

With delicious bites, great music, and even better company, it was a memorable afternoon celebrating food and community. Good food + good music = a great time! 🎶🧀

Our Decades Through Brilliance party was a total blast! 🎶✨ We cruised through the fabulous ’50s, swung into the groovy ’60s, boogied through the far-out ’70s, and rocked the totally rad ’80s!

From cool cats and hip chicks to flower power, disco fever, and neon vibes, every generation was represented in style. The décor was outta sight, the music took us back in time, and everyone had a blast jamming to the beats.

It was the bee’s knees, groovy, dynamite, and totally awesome—all rolled into one unforgettable celebration! 😎🕺💃📻

Boots, Buckles, and Brilliance was a rootin’, tootin’ good time! 🤠✨ Marianne, our fabulous square dance instructor, taught us some fun new moves while guests enjoyed toe-tappin’ along to the music. The pep rally was a total touchdown! 🏈 Our Bama fans were loud, proud, and fired up to represent Fleming Farms in the Ultimate Tailgate Throwdown, the quest to create the ultimate tailgate dish (even with one lone Auburn fan sneaking past the defense to photobomb our picture! 😂)

We brought home second place last time, but this season, we’re moving the chains and driving straight toward the end zone. Our game plan: bring the flavor, leave it all on the field, and claim that first-place trophy! Roll Tide! 🏆🐘
