Some dreams have expiration dates.

Not because they were wrong.
Not because we weren't capable.
And certainly not because we failed.

Sometimes, we simply become someone new.

The dream you had five years ago may have belonged to a version of you who valued different things. She may have wanted to build bigger, achieve more, prove herself, or finally reach the thing she'd been working toward for years.

Honor her.

She dreamed with the information, desires, and capacity she had at the time. But you don't have to spend the rest of your life fulfilling a promise you made to an earlier version of yourself.

Growth can look like pursuing a dream. But growth can also look like admitting:
I don't want that anymore. And there is no shame in that.

Changing direction doesn't erase everything it took to get here. Sometimes the dream did exactly what it was supposed to do. It carried you far enough to meet the woman who was finally ready to choose something different.

Soooo… the strangest thing has happened. Someone has been bombarding my posts with 😡 reactions. I have no idea who they are.

I’ll just say this- I’m not showing the name because you’re rage baiting me and want the attention. So as you’re reading this from the new fake account you’ve created- I don’t want to know why you’ve decided to focus on me. Granted, I am amazing. But I digress (I’m sorry… that means I’m changing subjects now).

You seem like you’re searching for attention and unfortunately, I was your target. I hope you’re able to find a circle of friends who will affirm you and give you the conversation that you’re longing for.

There comes a point in life when we begin looking back with the wisdom we've gained today.

We revisit relationships.
Career decisions.
Opportunities we didn't take.
The moments we stayed too long.
Or the moments we walked away too soon.

It's tempting to judge our past selves through the lens of who we've become.
But that isn't fair. The woman you were made decisions with the knowledge, resources, confidence, and healing she had at the time. She didn't have the perspective you have today.

Instead of asking, "Why didn't I know better?" Try asking, "How can I thank her for getting me here?"

Every version of you carried the next one forward. Today, choose grace over guilt.
The woman you were deserves compassion just as much as the woman you're becoming.

If we've never met, welcome!

I'm Beverly—a Certified Health Coach, Menopause Wellness Coach, Speaker, and Wellness Educator. My passion is helping women realize that wellness isn't about becoming someone else. It's about coming home to yourself.

After years of serving in the military, building a leadership career, and navigating my own seasons of burnout, reinvention, and midlife, I discovered that real transformation doesn't happen by pushing harder.

It happens when we learn to care for ourselves with the same intention we've spent caring for everyone else. That's why everything I do is rooted in science, soul, and sisterhood.

Whether we're working together through coaching, a workshop, or a speaking engagement, my hope is that you leave feeling...

🌿 More informed.
💜 More confident.
✨ More connected to the woman you're becoming.

Because I don't believe wellness is about fixing women. I believe it's about reminding them of the strength, wisdom, and resilience they've had all along.

If you're ready to reclaim your health, confidence, and identity, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. I'd love to know—what part of your wellness journey are you focusing on in this season?

There was a time when I believed that being busy meant I was doing well.

My calendar was full.
My to-do list never seemed to end.
If I wasn't accomplishing something, I felt guilty.

For a long time, I confused productivity with purpose. Then my body started telling a different story.

Exhaustion. Brain fog. A nervous system that never seemed to settle. I eventually realized that constantly doing wasn't helping me thrive—it was keeping me in survival mode.

One of the most important lessons I've learned is this: my worth has never been determined by how much I produce.

So if you've been carrying the weight of believing you always have to do more to be enough, I hope you'll hear this today- you are already worthy.

Take the break.
Set the boundary.
Protect your peace.

You don't have to prove your value by staying busy.

For years, I wore many titles.

Army veteran.
Technical leader.
Speaker.
Health coach.

Each chapter taught me something valuable. But one of the greatest lessons I've learned is that success means very little if you don't feel well enough to enjoy it.

After navigating my own seasons of burnout, reinvention, and midlife change, I discovered that wellness isn't about chasing perfection. It's about learning to listen to your body, honor your mind, and care for yourself with compassion.

Today, I have the privilege of helping women reclaim their health, confidence, and identity through every stage of menopause. Through education, coaching, speaking, and community, my mission is simple:

To help women stop merely surviving and start truly thriving.
