Dane Lee Treiber, age 29, of Hornick, Iowa (formerly of Ida Grove, Iowa) passed away unexpectedly on August 11, 2026, at his residence of Hornick, Iowa.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 19, 2026, in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Schleswig, Iowa. Rev. Merle Mahnken will officiate. Committal will follow in the Ida Grove Cemetery in Ida Grove, Iowa.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 18, 2026, in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Schleswig, Iowa.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the First Presbyterian Church of Schaller, Iowa. Rev. Kevin J. Freese will officiate. Committal Services will follow in the Immanuel Reformed Cemetery of Schaller, Iowa, with Military Rites conducted by the Iowa Military Funeral Honors.
