☀️ B Above Summer Bash 2026 ☀️

We recently came together to celebrate all of the big and little wins our families, community partners, and team had this summer.

A huge shoutout to our Regional Clinical Director, Stephanie, for hosting an unforgettable day! One of the highlights? Connecting at the craft lemonade stand where every flavor was named after our mission, vision, and values. A (literally) sweet reminder of what our team is all about.

As summer winds down and fall gets closer, we're grateful for every family and partner who's been part of this journey with us. Here's to more connection, more growth, and more reasons to celebrate together. 💙

Better access for families. Better pay for RBTs.

We know the 4–8pm window is often when families need support the most: after school, after work, right when transitions and routines matter most. So we're building our schedule around that.

Starting now, RBTs available for the full 4–8pm block earn a shift differential. That means higher pay for those hours, because your flexibility is what makes access possible!

This isn't just about pay. It's about making sure more kids and families get access to quality care during the hours that matter most to their day.

Getting ready for back-to-school starts early.

One helpful way to prepare children for the school transition is through visual schedules.

Visual supports can help:
-build predictability
-reduce anxiety around transitions
-support independence
-improve confidence in routines

Small preparations now can make the transition smoother later.

This group touches so much of what makes care possible for the families we support. From finding and welcoming the right people onto our team, to the assessments that guide a child's plan, to the everyday operations that keep everything running smoothly. We took time this week just to connect and recharge together, because a strong, aligned team behind the scenes means better care in front of it.

4th of July can be exciting but also overwhelming for many children.

A few ways to support children during fireworks and celebrations:

-Noise-canceling headphones -Bring comfort items
-Talk through the plan ahead of time
-Allow movement or breaks as needed
-Create a quiet space if celebrations become too overwhelming

Every child experiences holidays differently and that’s okay.

Planning ahead can help make the day feel more enjoyable and supportive for everyone
