Kisatheveganizer Wellness without compromise

17/07/2026

LA does veganism right. 🌱🔥
There's something special about walking into and immediately feeling welcome.

Meeting the owner, Alan Herrera, and hearing how much heart he and his family poured into this place made the meal mean even more.

The menu offered so much to choose from, but what really got us was the food itself - plates piled high, every bite rich and satisfying, nothing held back on flavor.

This is what we all need: plant- healthy food that's hearty, filling, and just plain delicious. No compromises, no small portions pretending to be a meal. Just really, really good food.

Imagine sitting at a table, hungry, while everyone else picks whatever sounds good — and you’re left with a side salad, or nothing at all.

That’s not just an inconvenience. It’s a memory. And it’s the reason a hungry vegan may never book your restaurant again.

39% of diners want more plant-based items on the menu — and most of them aren’t even vegan.

One option isn’t a choice. And a menu that doesn’t give your vegan guests real options isn’t just underserving them — it’s costing you the whole table.

Ready to change that? DM or email Kisa The Veganizer.

Some restaurants STILL assume there’s no real demand for vegan options in Michigan, and that doubt directly correlates with lost revenue.

Nearly three-quarters of consumers are now open to plant-based and vegan choices, and that interest keeps showing up in person, not just on surveys.

Come see it for yourself! We’re at Detroit Abloom 7th Annual Vegan Fest on Saturday, July 18th from 12-6 PM! Swing by our table — we’re cooking up something good. 🌱

See you there, Detroit!

Our vegan cobbler had Veg Fest buzzing — and we’ll let our happy customers do the talking! 🍑✨ Reviews don’t lie, and the smiles said it all.

Proof that plant-based desserts don’t have to compromise on flavor, comfort, or that just-like-grandma-made-it magic. Vegan food can be just as indulgent and satisfying as anything else on the menu — and we’re here to prove it. 🌱

Growing up, every day in my house was a culinary adventure. Fried chicken. Chocolate cake. Greens with smoked meat. Food was love. Food was legacy. 🍗🌿

I watched my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother all pass from diabetes and neurocognitive disorders, ALL traced back to the food we were eating. I cooked plant-based for my mother hoping to save her. I couldn’t. But I couldn’t unknow what I’d learned either.

So I took the soul of the food that raised me and became Kisa the Veganizer. 🌱

My “why” is different from yours. Maybe you went vegan for animals. The planet. A doctor’s visit. Every vegan has a story — and we’re all looking for restaurants that see us.

Only 10-13% of restaurant menus have vegan options. And that gap is costing the average restaurant around $91,000 a year. 💸🌱

Here’s why: When a vegan can’t find anything to eat, the whole table leaves. Not just them — everyone.

We brought this conversation to the Veg Fest this past Sunday with our talk “Let’s Invite the Vegans” and honestly? Restaurant owners and operators need to hear this.

The good news? You don’t have to overhaul your entire menu or break the bank to make it work.

DM us for a free consultation and let’s talk about how to make your menu more inclusive — without overspending your budget. 🌿
