They didn’t see me snap this picture. 😂 I was going to post something funny, but as I looked at it, I saw something more. I see a group of ragtag individuals who, somewhere along the way, became a family.

This building, this vision, this whole thing we’ve created would be nothing without all of us working together. People often ask what sets us apart from other PT clinics, and I think this is the answer.

We make a pretty great team, but more than that, we’ve become a really amazing chosen family ❤️

Sound Healing with Bryan Drewyor is back this Saturday!

Join us this Saturday August 8th at 10:30 AM for our monthly Sound Healing session with Bryan Drewyor. These relaxing sessions take place on the second Saturday of every month at The Real Heal.

Simply park in the back, come up the ramp, and enter through Door 2. The session lasts about an hour, giving you the chance to unplug, unwind, and simply be.

When was the last time you set aside just one hour for yourself? One hour without worrying about your to-do list, responsibilities, or the constant demands of everyday life. Sometimes the best thing we can do for our minds and bodies is slow down and allow ourselves a moment of peace.

Take an hour to invest in you. We hope to see you this Saturday. 💙

Just a reminder that there will be no Yoga with Mary today.

Classes will resume next Wednesday, August 12. Mary's Beginner Yoga series has now concluded, and moving forward the class will be intermediate level.
