💍💕 We had so much fun celebrating Bailey at her bridal shower today!

We are so excited for her as she counts down the days to her wedding and begins this wonderful new chapter. Bailey, we wish you a lifetime of love, happiness, and unforgettable memories together. ❤️

And in true physical therapy clinic fashion, today was a rare sighting—our team traded in sweatpants for dresses! We’re pretty sure this is the first documented evidence that there are, in fact, no sweatpants in sight. 😆

✨ Reminder: Sound Healing Tomorrow at The Real Heal ✨

We're looking forward to welcoming everyone tomorrow, Saturday, June 13th, at 10:30 AM for a Sound Healing experience with Bryan Drewyor (The One Human Band).

If this is your first visit to The Real Heal, we know our building is quite large and can feel a little intimidating at first, so here's the easiest way to find us:

🚗 Park in the spaces behind the building.
♿ Come up the ramp.
🚪 Enter through Door 2.

The session will last approximately one hour and is a wonderful opportunity to relax, recharge, and enjoy the healing power of sound.

We are so excited to announce that Bailey, our newest Physical Therapist, has completed Pelvic Floor Level 1 training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute!

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized area of care that helps address weakness, tension, coordination, and control of the pelvic floor muscles. These muscles play an important role in bladder and bowel function, core support, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, sexual health, and overall daily comfort.

Bailey feels confident in her abilities to offer care to women experiencing:
• Urinary incontinence or urgency
• Pelvic pain
• Pelvic organ prolapse
• Pregnancy and postpartum concerns

Using a combination of education, hands-on treatment, and personalized exercises, pelvic floor physical therapy can help restore comfort, confidence, and function so you can get back to the activities you love.
