Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Cleaning Specialist, located in Iron Mountain, MI. The Cleaning Specialist will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including maintaining cleanliness in commercial spaces. Daily tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, and other general cleaning duties, ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will adhere strictly to cleaning protocols and demonstrate attention to detail in their work.
Qualifications
Experience in Commercial Cleaning
Proficiency in Window Cleaning
Understanding and skills in Carpet care (preferred but not required)
Ability to follow specified cleaning protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene
Strong organizational and time management skills
Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
Previous cleaning experience in a professional setting is a plus
