🥇Here we are celebrating Kira’s first place finish in the non-binary category at the Knight Run For Research 5K last Sunday!

If you wonder why folks would do hot 🥵 yoga during this summer- heat and humidity acclimation is a great reason!! It certainly helped us 🏃‍♀️during the race!

Tommy has completed ✔️ over 💯 classes at YogOdyssey! He’s actually at 117 classes now- I only just got around to posting this 🫢

Tommy practiced Bikram yoga in the past and reignited 🔥his practice with us. You can see his dedication and consistency in his postures 🧘‍♂️

❗️Milestone Alert❗️
Alex completed 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ classes at YogOdyssey this morning!

We were so happy to award Alex the white custom-engraved insulated YogOdyssey water bottle for achieving 500 classes with us! And honored he wanted us in his photo 😊

Alex achieved this despite a busy travel 🧳 schedule for work and family. He’s completed double classes multiple times in a week and has also done extra one-on-one work to go further in his practice.

Congrats 🎊 Alex! As Cay says “you’ve worked for it, you’ve earned it, you deserve it!”

Memorial Day class pictures.

It was a joy to teach 25 yogis and yoginis today. Although of course there’s a solemnity to the day as we remember those who gave their lives for our freedom and ability to do things like practice yoga.

🥳 Party Time!

A couple of quick pics (it’s not easy to practice and be the photographer) during the Friday 9:30 AM party 🎈 time. Indeed reason to celebrate 🙌 with Cornell seniors and senior parents in class today!

We’re so happy 😀 for our graduating seniors and their families! Although it’s a bittersweet time for us as we’ll miss them. Best of luck Class of 2026- indeed your future is wide open and we’re so excited for what’s to come for you!
