Great tips when meeting a newborn, and also a good reminder of one of the many reasons we ask that you wear a mask in the office if you have any potential signs or symptoms of illness - help keep those sweet babies healthy!

Protecting a newborn means being mindful, respectful, and putting the baby’s health first. Visitors should make sure they are up to date on vaccines like TDAP, flu, and COVID before meeting a newborn, practice good hygiene like hand washing, and postpone the visit if they feel sick. Taking precautions before meeting new babies helps keep their first days safe, calm, and healthy.
