I had a conversation today that’s really stuck with me.
I spoke with someone who’s about to require three injections a day, on top of other medications they also take. Their words: “I don’t want to poke myself three times a day.” And honestly? I can’t blame them, I don't think that is something anyone would want.
Every day, I review medical histories, and I see people on so many medications. A lot of it comes back to one thing: metabolic health. High blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid, blood sugar and insulin issues, gut and reproductive concerns… so much of it is connected.
So here’s my thought: what if we started changing what we eat? Giving our bodies what they actually need to heal. Then working with our physicians to see which medications are essential.
Imagine a world where we all felt better and maybe needed a little less medication.
