First Responders night at the Jackson Rockabillys stadium was exciting! Huge THANKS to many:
the City of Jackson, TN - Fire Department and City of Jackson, TN - Police Department for participating in a scrimmage before hand (JPD took the win after the game came to an early end), Maplewood Health Care Center for partnering with us to make this happen (can’t leave out Shawn Wall Administrator for throwing the first pitch), Mandy Lifsey with Beacon Hospital Palliative Home Care for sponsoring matching t-shirts for JFD, Jay Arrington from Aloha Pools & Spas of Jackson for singing the national anthem for us, and LAST -but not least- all of the first responders and their family for coming out to enjoy a fun night of baseball! Nothing like a fun day in the garden! We had the absolute BEST time playing in dirt today. We spent the afternoon digging up weeds to make room for fresh veggies and flowers. Stay tuned for the progress! 🪏🫜
