The Mississippi Funeral Directors & Morticians Association stands united in support of Bro. Patrick Chatman and his family as they celebrated the life and legacy of his beloved mother, Mrs. Bennie Lee Reed.

During this time of remembrance, we extend our heartfelt prayers, love, and condolences to Bro. Chatman and his family. May the beautiful memories of Mrs. Reed’s life and the legacy she leaves behind bring comfort and strength in the days ahead.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Antonio “Tony” Christmas, Sr. His presence in the funeral service profession was a testament to dedication, compassion, and service to others.

Tony was more than a colleague—he was a brother in the funeral service family. His commitment to serving families during their most difficult moments and his fellowship with those in our profession will be deeply remembered. His kindness, professionalism, and the lives he touched will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, loved ones, friends, and fellow funeral service professionals. May God grant them strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.
