One of the biggest reasons I changed the way I treat pain…

was because I got tired of seeing people stuck in the same cycle.

Temporary relief.

Pain comes back.

Repeat.

And the hard truth is:
that’s what a lot of people experience.

They stretch.

Get adjusted.

Massage it.

Rest it.

But nobody ever explains WHY the body keeps going back into pain in the first place.

One day you’re deadlifting without thinking twice.

The next day you’re wondering if your back is going to flare up every time you bend over a barbell.

That’s exactly what happened to one of our patients.

He had been deadlifting for years.

Then out of nowhere, recurring back pain started showing up.

He tried physical therapy.

He rested.

He modified his workouts.

The pain would go away...

Then come right back.

What frustrated him most wasn’t missing a workout.

It was never knowing if his back would hold up.
